"Refund was fine, but the process felt unclear"
I ordered from joiebaby but ended up sending the item back because it just wasn’t what we needed. The refund did eventually come through, so I can’t really complain too much on that part, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I kept checking my emails and bank account, which got annoying after a while. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t totally clear who was actually responsible for handling everything, the website, the returns team, or someone else. It just felt a bit unclear and not very reassuring. Overall, not a terrible experience, just average. I might buy from them again, but I’d really hope the refund process is faster and clearer next time.

"Decent overall, but the updates could’ve been better"
It was an okay experience overall. I remember ordering the baby item and feeling that little bit of excitement, like when you’re getting something ready for a new little one. The website was easy enough to use, and the item itself turned out fine. The only thing that bothered me was the delivery updates were slow, so I kept having to check on it myself. Not a bad experience, just not one that really stood out either.
"Quick and Easy Shopping Experience"
I found the stroller information really quickly, and the pages loaded without any issues. Compared to other sites I’ve used where I end up clicking around forever, this was much simpler. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated.
"Confusing instructions made me nervous"
I bought a Joie car seat the instructions made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. The diagrams were tiny and felt like they skipped parts, so I kept second-guessing myself and going back over the same steps. With a car seat, I really didn’t want to take any chances or risk fitting it wrong, so I ended up watching videos online just to feel confident it was safe. Not what I expected after paying for a brand I thought would be straightforward

"Easy to fit and no stress"
I bought a Joie car seat and, fitting it was much easier than I thought it would be. The guides were clear and it clicked into place quickly, so I wasn’t stuck messing around for ages. The straps felt a tiny bit fiddly at first, although to be fair, that might just be me getting used to it. Overall, really relieved with how straightforward it was.

"Assembly was way more frustrating than expected"
I bought this from Joie Baby and... putting it together was such a pain. The instructions weren’t clear, the pictures were tiny, and a few of the parts just didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. I kept thinking I was missing something, but no... it was just frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and for the price, I really thought the whole process would be smoother. Not very happy with it.

"Super easy to clean"
Our Joie stroller has been really easy to keep clean, even after snack messes and muddy little shoes. It wipes down quickly, and the covers came off without any struggle, which I really appreciated. I’d asked support about cleaning it and they basically said, “Yep, the covers should come off easily,” and they were right. It’s nice when cleaning the stroller doesn’t turn into a whole project

"I used this stroller pretty much every day…"
I used this stroller pretty much every day, and after just a few months it started wobbling. Not exactly ideal when you’re pushing it around with a baby in there, you know? I expected it to hold up better for regular use. It was fine at first, but the wobble got annoying quickly.

"Sturdy, but heavier than I expected"
I bought this from Joie Baby it’s okay overall. Like, it does feel sturdy and well made, which I do appreciate, but I guess I was expecting it to be a bit easier to carry around. It’s heavier than I thought, and when you’re trying to get it in and out of the car, especially if you’re in a rush or juggling other stuff, it gets a little annoying. Folding it isn’t really the problem, that part is fine, it’s more the lifting and moving it around that makes me sigh a bit. So yeah, not bad at all, just not quite as portable as I was hoping. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Took a bit, but they sorted it out"
I had to wait a while before I heard back, which was a little frustrating at first. Once they did reply though, they were able to sort things out for me, so overall it ended up being okay.

"I was in a good mood when…"
I was in a good mood when this arrived, i’m happy with it overall. The stroller feels really sturdy, and the fabric is nicer than I expected. The only thing is that folding it can be a little awkward sometimes, so it takes a bit of getting used to. Still, I’m glad I bought it.

"Decent overall, but the site could be smoother"
The website was okay to use overall, like I didn’t have any major problems or anything that made me want to give up, but I did feel like finding certain product details took longer than it probably should have. I had to click around a bit and read through a few sections before I found the info I was looking for, which wasn’t terrible, just a little annoying when you’re trying to make a quick decision. The checkout part was straightforward though, so that was nice and didn’t add any extra hassle. Basically, it’s not a bad experience, but it feels like the site could be organized a little better or made a bit smoother to navigate

"Decent combo, but the strap issue is annoying"
I got the stroller and car seat combo, and overall it feels safe enough to use. It’s not a bad set, but the straps twist a lot, which gets frustrating quickly and feels like something preventable with a better design. The manual could also be clearer, especially for setup. It does the job, but it’s definitely not perfect.

"Warranty help was really frustrating"
I tried getting help with a warranty issue, it went nowhere. The replies were slow, the answers were confusing, and it really felt like they just didn’t care. Disappointing, especially when you’re just trying to get a simple problem sorted out.

"Return was no hassle"
Had to send it back. Was expecting it to be a whole thing, but it wasn’t. The return process was simple, got it dropped off, and then the refund showed up fast. No chasing anyone, no extra stress.
"Kind of a pain to store"
This thing is a hassle to fold up and it ends up taking over half my hallway. After every trip out, dealing with it gets annoying.

"Arrived Sooner Than Expected"
It showed up faster than I thought it would, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when a company follows through and treats customers’ time with respect.

I just can’t find spare parts for it anywhere, which is frustrating.

"Misleading wording and unhelpful support"
I’m disappointed with my experience with Joie. I had a simple question about my order, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. Some of the wording on the site/emails felt misleading too, which made the whole thing more frustrating because I thought my order was being handled differently than it actually was. It felt like they just wanted to wrap up the chat or email as quickly as possible instead of actually helping. I had to repeat myself a few times and still didn’t get anywhere. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Brake doesn’t feel reliable"
I bought a Joie stroller and I’m actually disappointed with the brake. Sometimes it sticks, and other times it doesn’t feel like it’s fully locked, especially if we’re on even a slight slope. For something meant for a baby, that really makes me nervous. I expected better, and I don’t feel very confident using it now.
